Thank you for shopping at G.R.A.C.E. Apparel. Customer Service is especially important to us, and we want you to love your G.R.A.C.E. Apparel products as much as we love designing and making them. We also want you to be happy with your experience with us. But for our business to run smoothly and to be able to guarantee a satisfied experience, there are a few policies that we must disclose, enforce, and uphold.



When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  •  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left your package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info with your order number.

If you find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.


How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at


All G.R.A.C.E. Apparel products are inspected for quality assurance, but sometimes things slip by us. Please make sure you also inspect your products as soon as you receive them and let us know if there is a problem. We are more than happy to replace any product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective but our policy is that we must be notified within 7 days of you receiving your order. Therefore, if something arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective send a photo of the damaged goods and a description of the damage to, along with your order number, for our review.


If you need to cancel an order, please e-mail us at within 3 hours of placing your order along with your order number. Orders are processed and shipped immediately, and it is not always possible for us to catch any changes or cancellations before your order has been processed and shipped.


What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please let us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one.
